Ivan joined B&Co. in 2017 and brings a diverse background with 18 years of industry experience specializing in client-focused group benefits and pensions management, cost-effective and creative benefit solutions, underwriting, renewals, and data consulting.

Ivan brings over 10 years of underwriting experience from Canada’s largest insurers. Ivan has developed excellent trusting relationships with carriers throughout his professional career which enables B&Co. with a competitive advantage.

Ivan’s block of business has a variety of clients in different industries which enables him to analyze and compare data efficiently, as well as manage the expectations of not only the clients but the unions present as well.

Ivan holds a diploma in Business Administration from Humber College as well as an Honours BBA from the University of Guelph.
