Ashley assists a variety of clients from both the public and private sectors navigate the challenges of the benefits industry by providing support with benefit plan audits, plan redesigns, implementations for clients transitioning carriers, report generating, and data management.

Ashley joined B&Co. in December 2013 and has since received her life insurance licence as well as developed a background in benefit claims audit. Ashley is highly organized and systematic in her approach; making her a valuable asset to clients re-mapping their benefits plan and has become a specialist in contract language.
