With over 20 years of experience in Employee Benefits Consulting, Connie joined B&Co. in 2011, as Vice President, Group Benefits Connie is the sector leader for key clients in Healthcare, Retail, Information Technology, Financial Services, and the Public Sector. Connie gained tenure with one of Canada’s largest human resource and administrative solutions consulting firms and subsequently managed the Canadian benefits program for Canada’s largest retailer and food processing organization.
Connie assists a variety of clients ranging in size in both public and private sectors throughout North America. She partners with C-level, finance, and human resource leaders to manage all aspects of employee benefits programs and plan administration, plan redesigns, financial and senior leadership reviews, negotiation of collective bargaining, disability management, and wellness initiatives. A passion for delivering outstanding client service, cost effective & creative benefit solutions, are all reasons why clients leverage her as a subject matter expert.
