Kaitlyn joined Burke and Company in 2018 and has brought a valuable wealth of industry knowledge from her 15 years of pharmacy experience, with 8 of those years focusing on addiction treatment.

Kaitlyn is a drug plan strategist and product manager who utilizes her extensive pharmacy industry experience to fuel operations, pharmacy benefit plan management, and development of products and services. Acting as an advocate for clients, she helps plan sponsors navigate the complex world of pharmacy benefits and private/public coverage for drug claims through the use of data analytics, consulting, and claims audits.

By leveraging key data insights, areas of risk and opportunity are identified. Solutions are driven through plan optimizations, and savings are realized by effectively reducing fraud, waste, and, abuse occurrences. Each project and client is unique, Kaitlyn uses a tailored approach of proactively developing and implementing products and services curated to client’s specific goals and priorities.

Kaitlyn brings a background in pharmaceutical and biomedical science, including a BA in general science from Wilfrid Laurier University and a biotechnology technician designation from Conestoga College.
